Enjoy relaxing days in our lovingly furnished holiday apartments in the heart of Kals am Großglockner, in Großdorf. The quiet location with unobstructed views over the valley and the breathtaking mountain landscape, combined with the immediate proximity to the Figol lift and the gondola, makes our property the ideal starting point for your holiday in every season.

Our apartments, furnished to a high standard, accommodate 2 to 6 guests and impress with their warm and welcoming atmosphere, characterized by the use of natural wood. Large windows, balconies, and our sunny terraces offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

In winter, the 4-seater Figol chairlift is located directly next to the house, while the gondola station is only a 5-minute walk away and takes you into the Kals–Matrei ski area. In summer, hiking trails and nature experiences start right at your doorstep.

Parking spaces are conveniently located directly at the property. Regional products are available directly in Großdorf, while in Kals you will also find an M-Preis supermarket. In addition, local products can be purchased in nearby Ködnitz. The Dolomite town of Lienz is only a 35-minute drive away.

A place to arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at home – in the heart of the East Tyrolean mountains.

Please note: Arrival no earlier than 4:00 PM Departure no later than 10:00 AM If you arrive earlier, you can park your car in our on-site parking lot from 11:00 AM. Check-in will then be at 4:00 PM.
