10 beds: five bedrooms, three bathrooms with old original wood-panelling. Balconies that surround the house, panorama veranda/home-office.
Fully equipped historic ‘Rachkuchl’, the only still existing smoky kitchen in the area. Spacious living room with original farmers’ stove, WC.
Bathtub in the vaulted medieval pantry room, sauna with south facing outdoors terrace.

Johanna Trojer is the owner of the chalet and manages it together with her daughter, Stephanie. Johanna dedicated the last years to the renovation of this beautiful and boutique project. She grew up herself on a farm in San Candido/ Innichen, a nearby village, where she still works, and she loves nature and the simple beauty of things. She is now excited to be able to share her knowledge and insight of that way of living with people who stay at MESH.
Additional information
Minimum stay: low season 3 nights, high season 6 nights. Cleaning fee: €200. Deposit: €300. City tax not included in the price. Dogs admitted only after consulting the owner.
Spring water from our woods as well as the use of the sauna are free.
Arrival & Check-in
Check-In: from 4pm to 9pm, Out: within 9:30 am, later when possible
Important: snow chains required during and immediately after snowfall.
How to get there: in Heinfels take the road to Tessenberg, above the castle turn left, drive on for 1.5km.
