Ausgestattet ist das Haus mit 1 Küche und 1 Spülküche, 3 gemütlichen Aufenthaltsräumen, 3 Einzel- (eins mit Waschbecken), 4 Doppelzimmer (zwei davon mit Waschbecken), 2 Doppelzimmer mit DU/WC, 2 Vierbettzimmern (eins davon mit DU/WC), 2 Matratzenlagern mit jeweils 8 Plätzen, Duschen und Waschräumen mit Warm- und Kaltwasser. Das besonders für Familien und Gruppen geeignete Haus ist von Weihnachten bis Ende der Skisaison und von Anfang Juni bis Ende Oktober geöffnet.
Das ganze Haus kann für eine Gruppe gemietet werden: p.N. zwischen € 330,-- (Sommer, DAV-Mitgliedschaft), € 490,- (Sommer, Nicht-Mitglieder) und € 402,-- (Winter, DAV-Mitgliedschaft), € 591,-- (Winter, Nichtmitglieder). Bei einmaliger Übernachtung wird ein Zuschlag von € 2,50 / Person bei Zimmerbelegung eingehoben.
